Redlin’s FTP service is a fast and efficient way for customers wishing to send large files to
us. If you would like to use the service, please follow the instructions below:
- Move any files you need to send to Redlin into a single folder and compress the folder
using compression software such as WinZip or Stuffit. This will compress the files into
a single file which is the best way to transfer files to Redlin.
- Log on to www.redlinupload.co.uk using the provided User ID and Password. If you do
not have a User ID and Password, please contact your sales representative who can
arrange for one to be set up.
- Once logged in, upload the compressed file. When complete, please send a short
email to your sales representative or customer services executive to let us know the
file has been uploaded and its file name.
- WinZip for Microsoft Windows can be downloaded at http://www.winzip.com/index.
htm and Stuffit for the Mac can be downloaded at http://www.stuffit.com/win-deluxe.

- Trouble shooting:
- If you have problems on the log-on page, please note the User ID and Password
are case sensitive.
- If you can log on but cannot seem to upload a file, it may be that your firewall
is blocking access. If you are running a firewall, try turning it off temporarily and
reconnecting to our server.
- If you are having problems compressing your files or if you need to download files
from Redlin, we do have another FTP solution but please note it is a general pc
server which is not secure - details are available on request.
- For any other problems or if you would like to upload unusually large files, please
contact your sales representative.
