Redlin operates a Quality Management System accredited by ISO 9001:2000 that encompasses all our administrative and productive processes and operations relevant to meeting our business objectives and customer requirements. Thorough our management system we are able to control both quality and cost.

 

Redlin's Quality Policy

 

The prosperity and security of REDLIN PRINT LIMITED, together with everyone associated with it, ultimately depends on our ability to provide goods and services which meet our customers’ requirements. To achieve this consistently and efficiently, we operate a Quality System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

 

 

It is the policy of the Company to provide products that are consistently in accordance with our customers needs and expectations. It is mandatory that the Management and Quality Procedures and Quality Control Procedures are known, understood and adhered to at all time by all members of staff at both the Chelmsford and Basildon sites. These Procedures are based on the belief that prevention of quality problems is in the best interest of our customers and all of us in the Company.

 

 

The performance of the Quality System is subject to a formal documented annual review that establishes and reviews quantitative performance targets. The Company is committed to continually improving the performance of the system. The Company, through setting quality objectives, strives to continually improve the service it provides to its customers. These quality objectives are regularly reviewed by the Management Team.
